Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately, we do not have any collection options at this time.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information will be available on all orders, please ensure that your email and phone number are correct.

I made an error on my delivery address, what can I do?

If you notice any errors after you place your order, please contact us at hello@odeaustralia.com asap and we will do our best to resolve it for you.

My order is a gift, can I include a gift note?

Yes. We can add a custom gift note to any order, simply write your message in the space provided in the cart and we will include with your gift. We won’t include any invoices or pricing with our orders.

I received my order and something is wrong, what can I do?

Please contact us at hello@odeaustralia.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we would be happy to resolve any issues for you.

SCENT & FORMULATIONS

How do I know if I will like the scent?

The beauty of fragrance is that it can be interpreted differently by each individual. Every person has a unique olfactory fingerprint, this is your sense of smell created by your own experiences and associations formed from childhood to date.

If you are not 100% happy with your choice, we would be happy to replace it as long as its unused and in a saleable condition. Please get in touch with us within 30 days at hello@odeaustralia.com to arrange.

Why can’t smell my candle when its burning?

If you can no longer smell your candle, it does not mean the scent has disappeared. More than likely your brain had enough and switched off so you no longer notice the scent. After burning your candle for 2 hours, try stepping outside for about 15 minutes to clear your scent palate and come back in.

What is the black residue inside the jar?

To keep your candle burning cleanly, wipe away any dust or residue with a damp cloth and trim your wick to 1/4" (0.63cm) before burning. See our candle care guide for tips.

Do the products contain any synthetic fragrances?

All our candles contain a combination of fragrance ingredients of the highest quality - of both botanical and synthetic origin. All components of our fragrance blends have been carefully considered and evaluated for safety and efficacy. If you have any questions please let us know hello@odeaustralia.com.

Where are your products made?

Each element of our candles are made and assembled by hand in Sydney, Australia. Our fragrances are made by our in house perfumer in partnership with our founder's artistic direction - we pride ourselves on quality, artistic, original, fragrances. We do not source off-the-shelf blends, all our raw materials are sourced individually from reputable suppliers.

When is best to use a scented candle?

Anytime! Pick the best scent to compliment the mood that you would like to immerse in.

The item is out of stock. How will I know when its available for purchase?

We are sorry the item is out of stock. We make our products in small batches so our stock will be updated regularly. Keep up to date with stock releases by subscribing to our newsletter and follow us on Instagram @ode_australia 

Will my item look exactly as it does on the images online?

Each of our products are made and assembled by hand, which may result in slight variations. This is the beauty of a true artisanal product.

How will the order be packaged?

We try to minimise packaging wherever possible and avoid using plastic. In most cases, your order will be shipped in recycled cardboard boxes or a home compostable satchel which you can use as compost in your pot plants or garden beds and is 100% biodegradable. We try to keep it simple but luxurious, we prefer to put our effort into creating a better product not just pretty packaging. 

Can I get a refill? 

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a refill service.
